RecommendedI went to the Cartersville office today to have my dogs nails trimmed. I was at petsmart, and they acted like they were scared of Cyrus, and wouldn't try it. my dog is a 20 pound chiuhaua mix. he is sweet as can be. hes never been anywhere except the vet for shots. so, he was scared, and they didnt talk nice to him, so when petsmart said they couldnt do it, I called yall. Great staff, Dr Tripp is our family’s vet and we enjoy visiting their office.
I have had two different accounts on receiving mislead Information on cost and overall totals. Today being the second occurrence. I am told one thing then arrive for my services to suddenly be additional $100 over from not once but twice discussed over the phone prior to coming. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. I have been taking my pets there since 1989. Always happy with how they treat my pets!
What an amazing group of people. The office staff was so warm and welcoming. Same with the doctor. We are new to the dog world and the doc spend a bunch of time with us just going over everything we can and should do for the new puppy. We couldn’t have picked a better place for her! It was a great experience and we will be back soon for the next round of shots.
Everyone is just absolutely amazing and very friendly!
