Acworth Animal Hospital is amazing! The staff is so sweet and attentive, they know me and my dogs by name when we walk in. Dr. Holland truly cares about her patients and it shows! I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else!

We waited 30 minutes before being seen. And the owners are not allowed to go to the exam room with the pet. We had to try to explain what was going on in the noisy waiting room. That really rubbed us the wrong way. My dog did get treated but just didn't like the way they do things here. We will be going back to our old vet, Crossroads in Woodstock.

Dr Carmichael was our veterinarian on the day you came in. He is always very concerned with client wait time. This particular day, you waited approximately 35 minutes. The staff and doctors are caring and understanding. I have been taking my pets there for almost 15 years and will continue to use them as my vet.
