I was a patient at Acute Rehab Hospital for 10 days, and am now continuing PT (with Victor) as an outpatient. I was greeted and welcomed when I first arrived, and all care-givers were very attentive and caring, especially emphasizing my safety. Even the meals were good! Extra snacks were always available if asked. Therapists are knowledgeable, professional, and personable, and give the feeling that they enjoy their work and seeing each patient’s progress. Acute Rehabilitation Hospital {Plano TX} was amazing for me as I was recovering from major open-heart surgery. Everyone staff member was fantastic including case workers, nurses, aids, PT, OT, dietician, and housekeeping. They offered a rigorous Physical therapy approach that I was welcomed to because of their encouragement and consistent appreciation for my efforts. Everyone at Acute was amazing. From the receptionist to the aides. I could go on forever with how grateful my mother and I are for Acute. We were treated as family. My mother had a lot of issues and they helped to get her on her road to recovery. She’s regained some of her mobility and is getting stronger thanks to acute. She told the therapist that this place was a gift for her. At discharge they taught me ways I can continue with her therapy. Thank you Acute for everything.

I can’t say enough about the incredible team at Acute Rehab Hospital. After my mom suffered a stroke, she received the most attentive, compassionate, and professional care. Acute is excellent! My brother-in-law, sister and mother were all cared for at Acute Rehab at different times. Most recently, my mother was there after having a stroke! So grateful for the amazing care provided by the nursing and therapy staff. Even the dietary staff went above and beyond to accommodate her needs. She has since transitioned to a skilled nursing and several of the Acute staff members have visited her there.
