I was trying to make an appointment. I found the front office staff very rude and uncaring. I do not recall her name but it was a different name and Peter also was not kind. I am in horrible pain and they would not make me an appointment until my records were reviewed which I understand but they do not ever answer their phone and then, it takes 3 days for them to call back.
