The Instructor was very patient and hands on, I would recommend taking this class very highly.
Today I took the BLS provider course with Professor Joy, and I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable instructor. Professor Joy’s teaching style is clear, engaging, and thorough, making complex life-saving techniques easy to understand and apply. He takes the time to break down every concept—whether it’s performing CPR on adults, children, or infants, using an AED, or handling choking emergencies—and ensures the student feels confident in their skills.
