As someone who has dealt with lower back issues for over a decade, I can say without hyperbole that this is the best treatment I have ever received. Fear of a second spinal surgery was put to rest over a year ago thanks to Holly's exceptional treatment. Highly Recommended for athletes, physical fitness gurus and everyone in between.

I was referred to Holly from a good friend of mine. I've been having chronic shoulder pain from a sports related injury. After a few treatments I'm back a the gym and training for my OCR Spartan Race. What I like most is the relaxing atmosphere she provides to really enjoy their session. I highly recommend AcuSportsTherapy for any sports related pain issues.
I have never done acupuncture before and Holly was recommended by almost everyone I know in the local running community. In late September I had a very bad ankle sprain. 4 months later I still had some swelling after taking it very easy the entire time. No running or anything (save for the marathon right after it happened). One treatment and for the first time both ankles were the same size and swelling gone.
