So I've ordered parts from these guys a bunch, the only thing good about it is the price. The price break is amazing. You could walk straight into the same Honda / Acura dealer and buy the same exact part in person and the price for an alternator is 400. You go online, purchase it online, and do in store pick-up, and you're good. But you can't buy in store with online prices. I am in the process of a PayPal dispute at the moment. I would NOT recommend this place. You call their number and it goes straight to voicemail. I have attempted to communicate with the seller via phone and email. I have received no responses, and am not happy with their communication. I have gone out of my way by paying for my own shipping label to return the item back to their facility. I have not received a full refund for the auto part.
