From time to time, OEM service departments get a bad rap for lack of going beyond with personal attention. Today, I purchased a new battery from CTC and installed myself. Unfortuately the anti theft security code would not install properly. Although I purchased my 2010 Acura MDX fom Leggat Acura, I was not a regular customer.
