Our experience with Acura on Brant was okay overall, but the vehicle pick-up process was frustrating. When we arrived to pick up our 2019 Honda Pilot, the vehicle had not been detailed as expected, and we found items left behind from the previous owner. We also noticed issues with the vehicle that required follow-up repairs and several calls to the dealership. I had a difficult time getting in touch with Acura of Burlington. I called three times over two days to book a service appointment but was unable to get through or receive a callback. After several attempts, I ended up booking my appointment at another Acura dealership instead. I hope the communication and customer service can be improved.
