We recently purchased an used MDX with Brandon and Wes at Walser Acura and it was the most painless experience ever. Very good customer service
Acura of Wichita provides a no pressure car buying experience. The “Walser way” of pricing cars and non commissioned sales staff makes it a wonderful, no pressure experience. I recently purchased a used Acura and the process was shorter than expected because Luke was able to ask a few questions and deliver the best options to meet my needs.

I should have read the service reviews of this place before going there. After clearly communicating what i needed done on my car with the guy who attended to me, he ended up including all the recommended fixes on my bill. I was shocked because I had a discussion with him about how little I wanted to spend on the car and how I had no time to wait long. My second time working with Claudia Reding with Acura and again, I’m completely blown away by her. My windshield cracked and needed replaced, called Claudia and she worked her magic and got my windshield replaced without needing to go through insurance. Solely because of her amazing service and honesty I will always be an Acura owner and will from here on out drive the 20mins to allow Acura to service my vehicle.
