We were visiting the area and passing time looking at new cars. My wife really likes the Acura MDX SUV. A gentleman named Gary from South Carolina helped us. He was so friendly and full of great information. Even if we did not need to buy a vehicle, I would go back just to talk to him. We need more people like Gary in California!
I’m disappointed that a multi-point inspection did not reveal that the passenger side windshield wiper was faulty ( rubber wiper blade separated from the unit ). Something so easy to catch, yet it was missed completely. Quite embarrassing.
Gary was very professional and helped me lease my new Acura which I am loving.
The staff here are extremely professional. I experienced excellent customer service.
Frank and Sam provided great service.
