This one becomes the worst dealership ever. I have serviced my vehicles for 20 years and now the service and the parts department becomes ridiculously overpriced. For any reason they will charge you for everything even there was a free before the inspection service not doing properly job. For example, I took it to independent shop where they diagnostic the problem with my rotors and the brakes I asked dealership oil service they didn’t do it. The service manager and technician were very attentive to the repair needs/ a recently occurring noise I identified. They looked long and hard to identify the problem and they were able to Complete the repair. They were polite and professional, and they kept me informed throughout the process. I appreciate the respect they showed me.
I don’t usually post reviews , but i’m sorry this has been some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced, and i have worked several years in customer service. I have called several times for them to send over details about a recent service I had gotten and they have yet to send it over. Every time i call they claim it’s not a problem and they will send to over, confirming the email and everything.
