My wife and I were at Swickard Acura of Thousand Oaks to test drive a pre owned Jeep Gladiator a couple of days ago. We were so blessed by the way we were welcomed and served by Aaron, the manager and the head mechanic. There was a bit of a mix up and the Jeep had yet to be made ready for a test drive. I took my Acura MDX to SWICKARD Acura for the first time this week. I had an appointment and as I arrived was greeted by my technician, Sevino and the service advisor, Gabby. They were both friendlly and professional. The check in process was efficient. Within the hour I received a video by text with a quick review of Sevino’s “first look” at my vehicle.
