Acura of Peoria is the best dealership hands down! The service I have received there is outstanding! The staff here is so friendly and Vince Hancock is extremely helpful!
Best service guy, most helpful, very friendly, Vince Hancock!
Had a great buying experience and just recently when my temp reg was lost off my car they replaced it immediately. Definitely recommend this dealership. Everybody I have met has been friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back when it's time to trade up.
My concerns were addressed and then some more. Charles Hancock was very courteous and helpful in explaining my "what if's".
Sent in my car for service. The car was involved into an accident. The fix was simple but its been 27 days since and they have not returned my MDx. Worst still they dont follow up... and when I call there is little update from their end. While they are very interested in closing the sale.. there is little interest in keeping the customer happy
Always a pleasure to do business with. Staff is professional. My family and I have purchased many vehicles here over the years. Come and experience why they are number one.
I have had nothing but great experiences with their service department. They are always pleasant to work with, quick and efficient. I've dealt with many dealerships and makes of cars over the last 40 years and so far they are the absolute best!
These guys rock!!!
Best car buying experience ever! Definitely recommend this place!!!
