Had a great buying experience and just recently when my temp reg was lost off my car they replaced it immediately. Definitely recommend this dealership. Everybody I have met has been friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back when it's time to trade up.
My concerns were addressed and then some more. Charles Hancock was very courteous and helpful in explaining my "what if's".
Sent in my car for service. The car was involved into an accident. The fix was simple but its been 27 days since and they have not returned my MDx. Worst still they dont follow up... and when I call there is little update from their end. While they are very interested in closing the sale.. there is little interest in keeping the customer happy
