Just had my oil changed and it was done way ahead of schedule. Every time I go for service Matthew makes me feel like I'm the single most important customer at Acura of Peoria. Thank you Matthew!
Horrible customer service. They lie about the GOLD PACKAGE EXTENDED WARRANTY what they fail to disclose is that if there's any after market parts you don't know about at the time of sale VOIDS THE WARRANTY you pay on monthly. You now have to come out of pocket. My issue happen immediately after the sale and they refuse to take care of the safety issue.
I purchased a Acura a couple weeks ago and I was very pleased on how professional everyone was. It didnt even seem like I was at a car dealership. I hope a lot of people read this so they know how to have a nice experience and get a great deal. Thanks again Danny you were great!

I just went to look around, and Adam Rosen helped me out a lot! He seemed like he really cared about getting me in a car that I would like. He didn't pressure me at all and he was just a cool guy that was easy to talk to. When I make my final decision I'll be sure to go to him!

This dealership offers amazing customer service and makes the process of buying a car the way it should be. Adam Rosen helped work a deal with me in store while also conversing with my grandfather over the phone. I presented a difficult situation and Adam was more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I left the dealership feeling confident in my purchase of my 2015 Nissan Versa. I will definitely be back to the dealership and would send any of my friends and family there.
I first leased a 2014 MDX and loved the vehicle as my lease was coming up I came in for regular service and made an appointment with Alex Gonzalez to go over my options. He was very helpful went through everything with me and I decided to get into another new lease a 2016 MDX it was seamless and I was done and driving off the lot with my new MDX within 3 hours of driving in. Bought my 2014 MDX from Philip Watkins and absolutely love it! Philip was very sincere and genuine and I didn't feel like he was trying to cheat me or sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I was really nervous about buying and nervous about being cheated, but Philip made me feel right at home with buying an Acura. He was really great to deal with and I would definitely recommend him.
