I bought a Certified Preowned Acura from Acura of Jackson, with an extened warranty on February 2019. October 2019 the battery was dead!!! The service advisor told me that it wasn't covered under the warranty. I haven't had the car 1 good year, and haven't drove it more than 7,000 miles and the battery was dead??? This is probably the most ridiculous thing I ever heard and will never purchase another car or recommen
One of the worst experiences that I have ever had purchasing a car. This was my third purchase from this dealership. I went alone-guess I should have had a male to accompany me. Perhaps I would have been treated with more respected and not like an imbecile.
The worse customer service ever. Even after you buy a $50,000 car from there! Sales person will tell you anything to make a sale! Very very bad experience we had from any car dealership ever! Service department is not any better after we purchased a service agreement upfront!
