Went to look at a used jeep that looked good online until you saw it in person, the jeep was NOTHING like the pictures. Then they treated us like we were complete idiots and tried to make me be $1500 upside down with this bull crap appraisal on my GMC vehicle, when I had plenty of equity in the vehicle which was in excellent condition! I bought a Certified Preowned Acura from Acura of Jackson, with an extened warranty on February 2019. October 2019 the battery was dead!!! The service advisor told me that it wasn't covered under the warranty. I haven't had the car 1 good year, and haven't drove it more than 7,000 miles and the battery was dead??? This is probably the most ridiculous thing I ever heard and will never purchase another car or recommen
The staff is friendly. The service is the best I have ever experienced in the area. I got rid of my Audi because of the service at the dealership. It was poor. But Acura of Jackson has been amazing.
