This is my 3rd Vehicle from this location and my experience has always been amazing. Dennis was my sales rep this time and he was very friendly and accommodating throughout the process. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions with the help of Joe, Anneliese and Fran. Customer service is everything when it comes to purchasing a vehicle and I purposely drive from Queens because they never disappoint! Thank you for everything!

I had such a great experience here. Michael Anthony was a pleasure to work with. I went in on a Saturday to see the certified pre-owned selection and they had the car ready for me to take home Monday. This dealership made every aspect of purchasing the car easy and they want their customers to be happy!
Efficient and excellent service!
My sales experience was okay. Once I took my car I wasn’t thrilled as I complained about the brakes making noises to no avail. Well I brought it in for my first oil change and Charlie in Service won back this customer. My brakes should have been done before my car was delivered to me and he had front and rear done at no charge. He went way above and beyond down to having my RDK cleaned and shining beautifully.
