Personal Service for all my car needs. They are always available and always helpful. With Acura cars its always small things like a nail in my tire or an oil change, or something I broke, but I know if I have have any bigger problems with my car they will be there to guide me.
Ordered new 2016 RDX with Advance Package. Was told by salesman that it would take 2 to 3 weeks. Another dealer had the car in stock at the same price, but this dealer was closer for servicing, so I ordered it. Weeks went by and no car. Emails and phone calls to the salesman only got apologies for the delay and he said in numerous emails that he and the general manager will "make it up to us". Excellent showroom, with good amenities. The staff is super-friendly. I'd personally recommend to reach out to Mr.Tom Aveni for any purchase here. He is extremely friendly, and works the numbers as much possible in the buyers favor. He is very patient with the number questions on the controls. He even helped us with the initial set up. Looking forward to the first service appointment.
