Excellent treatment from management on down. Kai Andersen has been most patient in teaching me to use Car Play. Taking notes was helpful but Kai was better. I am confident that I will enjoy the 2020 ILX as much as I did the 2017.Getting almost 8000 miles from unused mileage was a real bonus!
