Turned in my lease back in early December 2017, get a letter in the mail at the end of August/September 2018 saying I never returned my vehicle. I call them they can’t find it . Someone didn’t do their paper work correctly. I drive to the dealership and low and behold in the back row of the parking lot sits my car that’s been there for at least 8 months. I purchased a used vehicle from Acura of Boardman in Oct 2017. After having it a few weeks, I heard a knocking noise in the front end so I took it back and they checked it out and said everything in the front was tight, no problems. Now some time has passed and I took it to another repair shop and the control arm needs replaced. This is costing me nearly $300. I would NEVER recommend Acura of Boardman for anything. I guess I should have persisted that they fix it, but I didn’t like dealing with them.

Stood in the showroom lobby while 3 employees were on the phone. Once 2 employees were done on the phone, we still stood there for an additional 15 minutes playing with our phones because no one really wanted to wait on us. Finally after 25 minutes we were asked to wait an additional 15 minutes until someone was available. Took my 40 grand, and bought a brand new Ford F-150 up the road..... go to fairway
