Great service great selection of new and used cars.
The service department is extremely friendly and helpful . They come and give updates through out your visit to let you know what is happening with your vehicle . They even bring you bottled water while you wait .
Absolutely the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. So many problems with the vehicle I bought only only after 3 days of having it. Tires were never balanced. Check engine appeared saying loose gas cap, turns out to be a solenoid. And only the defrost feature works on the heat/ac. Called, only to be passed around the showroom, taking to almost every employee there. Which now I’m thinking is what they want so you give up. And they aren’t covering any of the expenses! 🤬🤬🤬
If I said it once I said it 1000 times. The staff at Acura of Boardman is the absolute best.
Always get treated great when I come here so much so I drive an hour to get my car serviced here rather than the Acura dealer 20 mins away. Made my car feel like new after it’s last visit.
