The service department does a good job. Friendly and courteous and willing to take the time needed to hunt down an issue.
I wished this dealership was my local one! Jay was fantastic on the phone. He did everything right to earn my business. Polite, attentive to needs, kind and professional. My local Acura did just enough to keep me there however, and staying near home seemed optimal.
I strongly advise potential buyers to conduct thorough research on the dealership and vehicle history prior to making a purchase, particularly for pre-owned vehicles. Regrettably, my recent experience with this dealership has been disappointing. Every experience has been great. Both times I’ve had my car in for service it has been cleaned for free. They really do an exceptional job detailing and last time my car was embarrassingly dirty. Those people need an extra shout out. Also I wanted to thank JB in the pre-owned department for how easy he made my experience.
