I was recently rear-ended at a stoplight , leaving me with extreme lower back pain. After a CT scan and consult with my Doctor, physical therapy was recommended with acupuncture as an alternative. I have heard good things about acupuncture, but never had reason to try it. So I decided to try it. A friend referred me to Dr. Shiotani. After about 6 sessions, there has been a dramatic decrease in the pain. I will continue going to her and highly recommend that anyone considering acupuncture as a treatment make an appointment with her. Shes amazing!
