The doctors may be fully trained and experienced with Lasik, but lack complete commonsense. I guess the company is unable to SEE proper business practices and marketing strategies. It is not professional to go to other businesses’s and leave your pamphlets without the businesses’s consent. I am not sure how that brings in business and now you guys look stupid. I had the Prk procedure done and couldn't be happier. I got it done about a year ago and my vision is the best that it's ever been. The staff is great and the office is always clean. Dr. Vale has legit concern for your eyes and always harps on the importance of eye care beyond the initial visit along with after the procedure. Highly recommend to at least have a sit down if you're even close to being on the fence.

If you're considering LASIK, avoid Dr. Steven Vale. I went to him in 2018, and he essentially guaranteed I’d be seeing clearly within a week. I couldn’t even drive after two months. He blamed my slow recovery on things like my weight, lack of fiber, or my husband smoking outside—everything was somehow my fault. His dismissive, arrogant attitude gave me such bad PTSD I’d have panic attacks just driving to his office. I am so glad that I went through with my procedure. It is amazing not to have to wear my glasses or my contacts. Dr. Vale was absolutely amazing. He chose what procedure would work best for me and I am totally thrilled about it. I recommend Dr. Vale for anyone who is interested in getting any form of lasik.
