Always very professional and helpful
I had an appointment this past Monday to get an addition to my hearing aids placed. When I arrived, Joe showed me the new piece for my ears, but unfortunately, the lab did not put the right connection to this piece so they had to send them back. I’ve had other issues, but I am totally satisfied with the service and I recommend ACUITY HEARING to anyone who has hearing issues.
I have been a client for about two years. The staff is friendly and does a fantastic job.
