I’ve visited your Westchester branch in October 2024, their address is 8616 La Tijera Blvd #404, Los Angeles, CA 90045 I’ve never got my contact lens prescriptions. Never. You’re such a terrible company. You suck. How hard could if be write a prescription? I have visited your two different brances before and each time I couldn’t get contact prescriptions. Why do you accept patients if you can provide them? Both time they only gave glasses prescription which I didn’t want or require.
I waited almost 3 months for my appointment only to show up an find out that the person had given me the wrong appointment date. The receptionist at the office was very rude about the whole thing not even offering an apology. When I told her that I wanted to cancel the appointment and was finding a different doctor, she just rolled her eyes and said that they don't need patients like me (neurodivergent) anyway. Horribly unprofessional incompetent, anti-neurodiversity staff!

Los doctores son profesionales y atienden muy bien pero el personal de asistencia al público es pésimo ,no se habla español y nunca contestan y cuado lo puedes hacer te dicen no halo español y cuelgan no avisan si ya están mis anteojos ya casi es un mes y yo voy a viajar. Lo hemos intentado por inglés pero es igual no contestan.
