Did a review about the worst possible management ever, and I got a response on yelp to email them. It’s your classic someone pretending to care, so it looks good. No one responded to my email. This management is beyond and I mean beyond unprofessional, and they seem to be more than okay with it. Avoid this place.
I like the attentiveness of the staff.
This is for anyone who is in my shoes that was up for surgery and couldn’t find reviews. I had a surgery scheduled but couldn’t contact the surgery coordinator. I called everyday for a months, and the front desk was baffled how even after they themselves reached out to supervisors, I wasn’t called. Eventually I had to reschedule my surgery sadly because they did not contact me. They apologized and had to reschedule me.
