10. You guys are great. Although you were very busy today, I was still able to get through my procedure in a reasonable time. Acuity Eye Group in Lincoln Heights has the most efficient front office staff among the locations I have visited since 2018 to the time of this review. When I have a problem with scheduling, conflicting doctors orders, need prompt assistance or an urgent situation, I've always been able to get prompt assistance when i've called here. I feel this location is the only one that has retained the standard of customer assistance, curtesy and efficacy that Accuity had when I first began going to their locations in 2018.
