The appointment wait time is very long and the availability of specialist is limited
You can't find any better doctors than here. I was told by 5 other doctors that I would be blind in one eye for the rest of my life. Dr. chen operated on that eye, both in fact and now I can see better than ever put of both eyes. Always get a 2nd or 6th opinion in my case.
This place told my 5to 7 weeks for my glasses and it's been 3 months now still haven't got them yet call and you cant get a hold of anyone nobody pick up the phone
It took themfive separate times to communicate the correct prescription to the pharmacy for my eye infection. This spanned over the course of 6 days. To top it off, Dr. Rose requested for me to return for an eye exam for glasses even though I had just tested 20/20 the day of my first visit. For the cherry on top, the receptionist staff. Rude and always tried to rush off the phone from the get-go. Mind you I was only calling because of THEIR repeated mistake. I highly suggest you go elsewhere.
