We dealt with Taylor Schmidt at acuity insurance (based in central Wisconsin)for a recent claim. She was extremely rude to my husband who was just trying to get to the bottom of things. It’s very disappointing to see that dishonest people can come ahead in claims when insurance companies don’t want to fight for what’s right. It’s all about the bottom dollar here.....

Having owned Acuity Insurance for many years for both Home and Auto, when we finally had a roofing claim, Acuity weaseled our of properly paying the claim, basically telling me to get an attorney if I wanted to challenge their rejected claim. Their reasoning made no common sense whatsoever, so I will be taking my families insurance business elsewhere. I would NOT recommend Acuity Insurance if you want a fair claim.

I had flooding in my basement and still haven't been paid. They insurance adjuster refuses to tell me how much I am getting, and she keeps coming up with more excuses to pay out less and less.

It is really disappointing when Acuity Insurance company nearly doubled our annual premium after my spouse was in an accident. It was the other driver at fault and their company had to paid the claim. So, why does Acuity double our premium? After giving Acuity good reviews, I am sad to say, I no longer recommend this company! Very disappointed in Acuity!
