Edit: Downgrading my review to 2 stars as a result following reply. We worked with Raul from for a few months trying to find a house and honestly it was kinda hit or miss. He wasn’t terrible or anything but not super great either. Sometimes he’d text back fast and seem really on top of it and other times we just wouldn’t hear from him for days which got frustrating cause when you’re house hunting timing really matters.
