We just got started with Actum and they are AWESOME! GREAT customer service from everyone including Nate, Erin and ROB! The prices are a LOT cheaper than most processors and getting set up was a breeze. They always answer our stupid questions and they are EXTREMELY attentive. I have managed Sales and Customer Service departments for over 2 decades. Actum gets it RIGHT. They have had someone available ALL DAY to answer our questions via phone and e-mail. I'm not very techy and I was still able to get everything setup easily. Nate was fantastic as far getting back to me quickly with any questions I had, and helped make the entire process simple and straightforward. Highly recommend.
