RecommendedAs always, prompt quality service for a reasonable price. Acton Mechanical has done multiple HVAC and water heater installs for me. I'm so impressed by the customer service and integrity on the price. I just have share.
Called last Thursday for estimate for exhaust fan install. Called back Monday and was told someone would contact me, Wednesday afternoon and still no one. Another AC company came with-in 1 day and just finished installing it. Wish my company had so much work I could turn down customers.
Bad scheduling, condescending attitude from receptionist, and an inability to correct their mistakes. I had scheduled an appointment on a Thurs to have my heater fixed on a mon, the receptionist calls on Fri and leaves a voicemail reminding me of an appt on Mon (there was nothing in the voicemail about confirmation).
