So pleased with the results I've gotten in the year I've been there. They are flexible and will work with you and your busy schedule. The trainers are knowledgable and the environment is safe; they focus on proper form and injury avoidance. Trainers push you but the atmosphere is always supportive and positive. Highly recommend ActiveEdge!
