Great staff! Intelligent and effective workout sessions by both Elise and Rutland. The semi-private sessions are individually tailored to meet your personal goals. Kettle bells and TRx are tremendous group classes. Olivia is very personable and knowledgeable -- an effective physical therapist. I highly recommend this facility for your fitness needs.

Excellent trainers, great facility, welcoming environment. I highly recommend the semi-private training sessions--Rutland, Elise, and all the trainers and staff are the best!
I have been going to Activedge for almost a year now due to an injury. What an amazing process!!! It started with Olivia and has continued with Elise. Amazing women! I never believed I would be back on my feet again as well as I am, and it is all because of them and Activedge. I even left for a brief period , but returned because there is no better workout. Thx, Activedge!!!

Active Edge has a site at our office, They are awesome. I get PT and massages from Ellen and she is fantastic. the whole staff is so friendly and responsive to questions and issues. Deedee Balukas
