I've been renting from Active PM for almost two years and I can say that they truly are great to their tenants. They take care of problems quickly instead of avoiding or delaying them, which apparently is not as common as you'd think! Whenever I hear a friend of mine is looking for a new place, I always recommend that they take a look at Active PM's listings before anyone else.
I can't imagine working with any other property management company for my Glendale rental property. My tenants keep renewing their leases because they are treated so well. They always keep me updated with everything they need to on paper and by phone.
