I met Dr Chae, Mary & Amber about 16 months ago. Dr Chae was able to diagnose the painful problem I was experiencing on that first visit, when other podiatrists were unable to. I was soon scheduled for fusion surgery and had every confidence in his ability to fix the issue and relieve my pain. The surgery was a success! Dr. Chae is a listener, which is rare in today's medical field. My son, who is 12, presented with a infected great toe. The nail had to be removed. Dr. Chae made my son at ease and was very thorough. He x-rayed the toe and found it was fractured. He explained everything to my son, so he would understand. Needless to say, my son is on the road to recovery. I'm thankful to Dr. Chae for his bedside manner and attention to his patient. Highly recommend this doctor.
Dr. Chae was professional and listened to my concerns. I had to have a shot in my foot, and it worked. All is well and has been since my visit. I would definitely recommend him to others. I have been to other podiatrists in the past who were self-centered and arrogant and didn't listen to me; and/or they let their staff members do the work instead of them doing the treatment. Dr. Chae is a refreshing change from that approach, and I appreciate his patient-centered style.
