I would have rated this organised team 10 stars if I could. Shout out to Eli, Eli's Dad and Alex. This was a 2 month job from discovery, they did the inspection, baiting and finally the barrier. They are always in contact. Always polite. Always understanding and always pay attention to the requests. They did extra visit to ensure they are working with builders. My first time use of this company. Wish I had been using them for years. From first contact with booking through to completion of service, it has been an excellent experience. Very polite, courteous, efficient and the technician, Alex, was respectful of myself and my property. I have been involved with customer service for more than 70 years bu this company is exceptional. 5 minutes after the spray and the cockroaches were already done. I just stood there like… okay WOW 😂. Fast, no fuss, and actually works. Wish I booked earlier.
Called them twice after, still cannot get rid of cockroaches! Was a good service! but now its not!
Patrick done a great job in doing the general pest control treatment and rodent treatment at our place. He has excellent communication skills, customer service and was nice and friendly.
