Dr. Chad Welter has provided great care. He does a fantastic job listening to understand where your pain is and follows through by explaining the best treatment plan. For the last 3 months, I was unable to raise my arm above my head. After 2nd treatment, I can finally brush my hair, etc without pain. Amazing!
