I’ve had an American Home Shield contract on this house for 23years, I believe. On July 6th, AHS assigned ACTIVE APPLIANCE SERVICE INC, to service my Clothes Washer. This is an older machine, and one of the reasons I continue to pay for this contract. The Technician ran thru 2 cycles in an attempt to replicate the horrible noise from the washer.
