I no longer have this pain at all when mowing. She doesn’t just do adjustments. She gives guidance on stretches to do to help prevent pain from returning. I can’t say enough about Dr Jess and her staff! I came in the office in bad shape for me and they had me feeling great in no time. It is unbelievable what they can do. Honestly it’s hard to say how amazing this place is. They treat you like royalty every time you walk in and without checking in they know everyone’s name and talk to you like you’re an old friend coming back for a visit. Dr. Jess Bruin and the staff at Eastland Chiropractic have helped transform my life. I walked into see dr. Jess with a herniated disk and shuffled as i walked. Each step was so very painful. I was on pain meds, applying ice or heat and sitting around not out enjoying life. Now, i enjoy exercising 4 times a week, seeing friends, going to Church, going for walks, smiling and just relaxing if i want to in a pain free manner. If it weren't for dr.
