I will never use this place again. They overcharged me so I had an issue with my billing. I reached out a number of times through calls and emails. Never got any answers to my questions regarding the bill dispute. Service in the actual doctors office was good but not worth this headache. I went there almost a year ago and I will never go back. Please go somewhere else.
My experience was neutral, not the best but not completely the worst either. One of the ladies booked my appt. @7:30pm, I show up on time & they still make you wait a while( keep in mind they close @8pm.) the Lvn said my appt. wasn’t even booked. So that gives the impression of an unorganized establishment.
The girls in the Safeway store could not of been nicer, (the star is for them) but down hill from there. Thought it would be quick. 2 1/2+, not quick, plus they don’t take Medicare at this location so $$
Christy is a very helpful, kind and knowledgeable nurse.
