RecommendedBecause of the high demand for testing, I arrived at 6:45 am and was the third person in line for an 8 am opening. The Care Now team was very organized, handing out all the required paperwork at 7:30 to the first 10 people in line. Once the doors opened, the final insurance paperwork, taking of vitals, nasal swab, and meeting with a very informative PA went smoothly and quickly. I was on my way home at 8:30. I was impressed by the organization and friendliness of all the staff.

Went in at 4 pm for a required Good Samaritan Hospital. pre op COVID test. Filled out forms and was told it was a 3 hour wait, Because a MD was supposed to do a test. ( since when is a doctor required to do the test? In the past, my test was performed by a licensed nurse . The test only takes 5 second while they twirl a swab deep into the back of your nose.) Went home to wait to receive a call back, which never came. We even called their office 5 times between 7:30 and 7:56 pm.... no answer! Returned to clinic at 9am, next m... read more
