Terrible service and filing compliant via BMW corporate. BMW gave them a hour to arrive and took over two hours. They had zero experience with my BMW and left. If you want timely service or someone knowledgeable for that matter don't call action.
They set the bar in customer service! Professional, on time, fairly priced!
My wheel fell off my car. I was stuck on the side of the highway. They were quick to arrive and towed me to my desired garage. And gave me a ride. Thanks Jeff. A big help in the middle of the night.
This morning while on the way to work i got a flat tire. I called work to let them know i would be late and asked my friend who answered if she knew who i could call for help. She recommended Action and said she knew the owner. Rob Thompson came out and put my spare on for me. I could not have asked for a better guy! What an absolute sweetheart! He took such good care of me. GREAT recommendation by my friend. I would definitely recommend Action to anyone!!
Triple AAA sent Stan out to replace my dead battery. He arrived quickly, ran the diagnostics and showed them to me (who does that), and then replaced my battery, all in less than 35 minutes. Very pleased.

I've always recommended Action towing to all my customers (I work at a automotive shop) - tonight I ended up needing a tow for my girlfriends car and everything went super smooth. Tow driver was very nice and polite! Wait time was longer than quoted but understandable.
When asked to move his truck while it was parked on private property on Elton Street while the driver was servicing a car on another property the driver was incredibly rude and told me he could park it anywhere he wants because he's a tow truck. It was not an emergency and there were other places he could have parked including on the property he had been called to.
