My first experience was with their towing service. The guy who towed our car was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Since then we've had 3 repairs done at this shop. They are always very informative, helpful, they give us updates along the way, only have us do the necessary work (versus other shops who like to sell you more than you need), and they always do an amazing job. Customer service is always on point and their dog Buddy is the most relaxed and friendly little mechanic helper ever.
Ben came and fixed our flat tire while we was stranded on the highway!! He was super nice and professional. He got the job done quickly and had us on our way!!! Thank you Ben!!!
Had to have son's car towed & the truck arrival didn't take long at all. Friendliest guy ever!! Never caught his name though...but Thank You!!!!

GEICO requested a tow truck through this company...the company said truck would arrive by a certain time...15 minutes after supposed arrival time...we called the company and the dispatcher couldn’t locate a driver...it appeared as though the truck we were waiting on was never dispatched. Never again. Steer clear of this company.
