Best company around gets all my business
Most unprofessional workers ever!!! Only towing and roadside assistance that services the NY Thruway where I got stuck. The only thing professional about this office was the representatives in the office. After waiting over an hour for a five minute task, I’ve never been dissatisfied asI have with Action Towing. Josh and his colleague Eric are the worst! I’d leave zero stars if I could. Eric told me that he would call the State Troopers after asking him about my USAA insurance. Josh was a complete moron.
***TLDR*** - They failed to replace a fuel pump correctly and failed to reconnect fuel lines so I wasn't leaking fuel like a semi open spigot, twice. For the same botched job. ***Update*** - I took it back in and I am fed a nice selection of generic excuses in an attempt for the manager to claim plausible deniability. They refused to compensate me in any way other that telling me to "take my truck up to the gas station and fill it up to receive a reimbursement for my fuel". T...Continue Reading

Absolutely love them talk to a sales girl on the phone she was fantastic got their talk to the salesman he was even better great service quality job very very please cuz I'm from out of state. Would highly recommend them to anybody
One of your drivers was driving around with his "reverse" / "spotlights" on and was blinding me. When I attempted to notify the driver he stood on the brakes, causing the truck to fishtail slightly and almost causing me to rear end your truck. Thought you should be aware of your quality drivers. The "help wanted" sign on the back of his truck should be for his replacement.
