Love our realtor, Craig Hawker. If you are looking to buy or sell, he is amazing. He brought in an interior designer, had us rearrange furniture and get everything ready for peak price. He educated us on price point for sale (this is key...don't overprice your home) and literally saw 100's of homes with us until we found are perfect fit (all the while, he educated us on floor plans that sell, looked at the heaters and a/c units so we knew what we were really buying etc). As first-time homebuyers, the process seemed overwhelming. Tom helped us through every step and answered any questions we had along the way. Tom and the Action Team Realty family were incredible to work and timely with all forms of communication. When we were unable to get to a showing, Tom drove to the house and FaceTime'd with us.
