We worked with Craig and he was great. He knew the area (Draper) very well and was able to give us insights on the neighborhoods. He will tell you every little fault he finds in a house and you can decide whether those things matter to you. I liked this because it never felt like he was trying to talk us into something and we were going into the sale with eyes wide open. RecommendedCraig assisted us with selling our first home. He was great to work with! He told us exactly what we needed to know/do without complicating the process. He knows what he is doing and does a great job at it! He was able to sell our house for 5% more than our listing price!! Craig and his team are awesome and do a better job than anyone.
Craig has been fantastic to work with. He has been patient with us for a year and a half as we decided when and where to move. He negotiated for us in selling and helped us get a great deal on our purchase. When we started the process we had doubts about using a realtor rather than homie, but now we are so glad we went with Craig. Hopefully we never move again, but if we do we will definitely use Craig again!
Craig was amazing to work with! We were moving from out of state, and he took the time to preview homes for us (after looking at others with us to know exactly what we were looking for) to save us travel time and expense. He fought for us in a cutthroat housing market with multiple offers on every home, and he advised us on the pros/cons of each home in areas we hadn't considered. There was no pressure and plenty of integrity. That is a hard combination to find! Craig is the only realtor we will call in the future.
