RecommendedNice folks & good equipment
I rented a piece of equipment this past Friday to clear up some branches in my yard. It was due back today, the following Monday and I was about 1 1/2 hours late bringing it back due to the storms that ruined businesses and homes all around me. When I got to the store I explained my situation & I was charged $60 for a late fee. I would understand if the circumstances were different but between the weather causing issues and the Corona virus already digging into my pockets—I feel like it was defiantly bad business.

RecommendedI had a issue with a machine I rented an Dan took care of the problem very professional guy! Only problem I had was the black headed guy at the counter he seems not to understand customer service, but Dan is the man an takes care of his customer's.
