RecommendedNice folks & good equipment
I rented a piece of equipment this past Friday to clear up some branches in my yard. It was due back today, the following Monday and I was about 1 1/2 hours late bringing it back due to the storms that ruined businesses and homes all around me. When I got to the store I explained my situation & I was charged $60 for a late fee. I would understand if the circumstances were different but between the weather causing issues and the Corona virus already digging into my pockets—I feel like it was defiantly bad business.

I had a issue with a machine I rented an Dan took care of the problem very professional guy! Only problem I had was the black headed guy at the counter he seems not to understand customer service, but Dan is the man an takes care of his customer's.
