I live here and I love it. It's great living here but what takes things to the next level is the manager, Ms. Erika Kwak. I am very appreciative of her and her assistance, as well as her professionalism.
Action Life Property Management is terrible, do NOT use it for your building. They are unresponsive, unhelpful, and rude. Trey Standback, one of their managers, is extremely unprofessional and truly one of the most incompetent people I have ever met. One of the buildings they manage has a faulty parking garage gate that closed on my car and caused thousands of dollars in damage. Normally don’t write reviews, but whenever I’ve needed anything, Pam is always incredibly responsive. I’ve also had the pleasure of having a few conversations with her, and she’s always a joy to talk to. I wish more people had her kindness and energy!
Every time we come home we are greeted by a sincere smile and at times our packages are brought out before we even physically arrive at the front desk. Our brightest star is Michael Stevens. Thank you Action Propety for finding the best!
