Pam Pham-Le is an excellent property manager. We had been through a number of managers over the last few years before Pam came. And it was no a very pleasant place to live but Pam has taken control of the property and really turned it around. She and her team are awesome.
Action Life Property Management is terrible, do NOT use it for your building. They are unresponsive, unhelpful, and rude. Trey Standback, one of their managers, is extremely unprofessional and truly one of the most incompetent people I have ever met. One of the buildings they manage has a faulty parking garage gate that closed on my car and caused thousands of dollars in damage. I’m a broker who primarily sells condos. I’ve had listings in several action management-managed buildings, and they are all well-run. Pam Pham is part of the team, and she’s very responsive and helpful. I’ve dealt with her many times, and it’s always been a positive experience.
