Flavio is always quick to respond, extremely helpful, and respectful!
The staff is wonderful. The manager, building engineer, cleaning crew— they are super helpful and I love their pleasant dispositions.
I live here and I love it. It's great living here but what takes things to the next level is the manager, Ms. Erika Kwak. I am very appreciative of her and her assistance, as well as her professionalism.
Action Life Property Management is terrible, do NOT use it for your building. They are unresponsive, unhelpful, and rude. Trey Standback, one of their managers, is extremely unprofessional and truly one of the most incompetent people I have ever met. One of the buildings they manage has a faulty parking garage gate that closed on my car and caused thousands of dollars in damage.
