Love going to The Waverly for breakfast at Sweet Maple, concierge is always helpful if I have a parking question. Plenty of space to park, best part is the parking is covered so no car sitting in the sun

I lost my home in the Malibu fires and was lucky enough to find the Cove property to move into. The first employee I met was Laurene Siegel. She was kind and helpful. She gave me a tour of the property and explaining everything I needed to know about being a tenant at the Cove. Laurene is always available and happy to help me. Thank you Laurene.
I had a drainage issue with my bathtub. I initially contacted a plumber from the condo vendor list, but LUMA staff came up to my unit and fixed it, saving me money in the process. Great work by Justin and Jordan.
