This place is HORRIBLE!!! Abby is the worst property manager EVER!!! I rented a house with a friend, and our rent check never made it them. Mess up in the mail. I sent it myself. Did they call me and say hey we never received your rent check? No they didn't They sent an eviction notice instead. Keep in mind we never missed a payment. I have dealt with many property management companies in the Pheonix Metro. Action Property Management has to be the worst one. I'm amazed that they are still in business. I know many of their current and past tenants and none of them have anything good to say about this company. It takes repeated phone calls, emails and faxes to get a response about a week later. Worked with APM For Years Hey all! I usually don't write reviews, but I think APM has gotten some bad reviews I don't think they deserve. I know Terry personally and Action Property Management has been nothing but professional. They have managed my properties here in AZ for years and kept them in great condition for my tenants.

***OWNERS**** Action property management leased my property 3 days after beginning management. They found a over qualifying tenant after each vacancy. I have never had any issues with my statements and they always lease my home well over market price. They advertise aggressively and do an amazing job for a very low price. I looked at many other management companies and none other compare. I wouldnt use anyone else.
Great Service – If you need to rent a home I reccomend renting through action property managament. They have sent vendors out in just couple hours of me calling in a maintenance request and they take care of any problem over $50. My rent is lower than my neighbors and i couldnt be happier with my home.
APM Review Action Property Management is outstanding in every catagory! They have proved to be everything as advertised and then some. Each representative that I have worked with has been extremely helpful and on top of their game. I will definitely stick with APM in the future.
