You must buy a car here. I will tell you why. First of all ignore any negative comment about this place, as a matter of fact don't even read them. after having trouble with my credit i was turned down at a few dealerships Bill promised to help me and he did. i purchased a acura 3.2tl and i promised that if after 3 months if the vechile ran properly i would post a comment,hence after 5 months of no problems i am now giving a shoutout to Bill and AuctionNow Autofor the good purchase. keep up the good work.
DO NOT BUY HERE – THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! They tell you that it is in house financing and thats why 'the price changes from their ads' they also sell the cars with issues and tell you to 'bring it to THEIR' mechanic. Because THEIR mechanic is a joke too! They sell their vechicles with a '5 year warranty' and then when you start having issues (WHICH YOU WILL) they tell you that you never purchased the warranty, but don't worry, JUST BRING IT TO THEIR MECHANIC!
I was very disappointed in the employees at Action Auto. They were rude and very inconsiderate. I ended up walking out before we could even talk about financing. I will never go back and do not recommend them to anyone.
i purchased a car from actionnow back in january. it is a 2003 ford explorer sport trac. they were real nice through the process. i have had some problems with my credit and they got me approved through a bank with just $500 down. the vehicle is really nice and they included a 5 yr 100000 mile warranty with my purchase. a month after i bought it one window stopped working. i called and even though then warranty just covered the powertrain they told me to bring it by. they replaced a part at the mechanics shop at no charge to... read more
great people to deal with – these folks sell nice clean cars . i had a bankruptcy and a prior repo. i had been to several lots and was turned down due to my credit. Bill the owner promised he would get us approved , and he did. i had only 500 down and a 490 credit score and they got me approved on a nice car with a low payment . polite and respectful of us which we found to be the exception in the used car business. i have already sent 3 of my friends there. 2 bought and they gave me referral fees for each one.
