I was really surprised to see so many negative reviews of Action Now Auto. My experience with them has been great! Not only am I still happy with my vehicle after 2 years, but each time I call the office with a question, I hang up the phone feeling even better about my decision to go with this company. I have bought 3 cars from here. Always seemed so nice and to care. Have sent lots of people here, wanted to trade car in and all of a sudden they don't want to do it without 2-3k down because we alittle upside down. So went to another dealership and guess what the car they sold me has had 2 major front end accidents. So the airbags had already been deployed. How can you sell someone a car knowing this? No concern for my husband and I or our 3 kids. Just ridiculous.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! I HAD TO MAKE PAYMENTS WITH A DIFFERENT LOAN CO AND THEN WHEN I PAY MY LAST PAYMENT ACTION NOW TELLS ME THEYRE NOT READY TO GIVE ME MY TITLE YET!! THEY ARE COLD HEARTED PEOPLE!! AGAIN DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!

I can't tell you were to spend your money but I can say you will most certainly have regrets dealing with products from this dealer. I would say 95% or more of these vehicles have been in accidents. Causing front end damage and other issues. The owners have connections with people and I'm certain that they hide damages that are required by law to be disclosed. The owners pretend to be nice to get you end but are extremely money hungry and cold blooded. BEWARE

You must buy a car here. I will tell you why. First of all ignore any negative comment about this place, as a matter of fact don't even read them. I am a person who finance not one but two cars at Action Auto. I had a terrible deer accident with the first car I financed. It was a good running car with no problems, and he worked with my terrible credit. He got me in a car. after having trouble with my credit i was turned down at a few dealerships Bill promised to help me and he did. i purchased a acura 3.2tl and i promised that if after 3 months if the vechile ran properly i would post a comment,hence after 5 months of no problems i am now giving a shoutout to Bill and AuctionNow Autofor the good purchase. keep up the good work.
