I had great service today from Jay with Action Jackson. He was polite, friendly, and professional and really knowledgeable and he was all about safety and quality.
My inspector was prompt and professional. Got the job done quickly and efficiently and gave me clear information. Respectful of the home I am working to purchase and overall an easy experience.
Crew showed up on time, the inspection went quickly, and they restored the access cover to it's original position.
Action Jackson arrived on-time for our sewer inspection, did the work efficiently, and charged what they quoted. Happy customer!
Dispatch was easy, the two guys who showed up were knowledgeable and walked us through the leak we were having. It was pricey, but it was good to have competent friendly staff who were there within half an hour. Definitely recommend
